All prices on our website are listed in TRY (₺). If you choose to view prices in a different currency based on your regional preferences, the applicable conversion rate will be determined at the time of checkout. Please note that any fluctuations in currency conversion rates between the time you view the prices and when you complete your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 5. Ordering Process
To place an order with Baleint, you must add desired products to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and provide accurate billing and shipping information.
By submitting an order, you agree to pay the total amount indicated, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees and any additional customs taxes that may arise upon receiving your order.
Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
By submitting an order, the customer agrees that the purchased items are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use of products purchased from Baleint, including but not limited to resale or distribution for profit, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Baleint.
ARTICLE 6. Shipping and Delivery
Baleint ships orders to addresses within Türkiye, the EU, the US and select international destinations.
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Baleint cannot foresee any customs taxes that may apply to your package and is not responsible for these costs, by submitting an order you agree that you are responsible for these costs.
We aim to process and ship orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
ARTICLE7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Baleint accepts cancellations of orders before dispatch, any cancellation of an order before dispatch is eligible for a full refund. You are responsible for all shipping costs and customs taxes for cancellations made after the order has been dispatched.
Baleint accepts returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs. Please note that for an item to be eligible for a refund, all tags must be intact and the item must be in its original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the returned products.
