Will I have to pay customs taxes or import duties?

Mostly no, we have not yet had an occasion where a customer had to pay any additional customs fee. Depending on the value of your order, upon arrival of your package, additional customs tax may apply depending on your country's customs processing. You (the receiver) are responsible for this fee.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are handcrafted in our atelier in Istanbul. We value slow fashion and have a very diligent production process.

How much does shipping cost?

We currently only offer free shipping on domestic orders. For international orders, shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

I pre-ordered an item, how long will my order take to arrive?

If a product is only available to pre-order, that's usually because it is a special edition item and the process varies. On the product page you can find all specific information about the product including the shipping dates.

Do you do wholesales?

Yes and no. Please contact us directly for more information on our wholesales.
Why can't I see the prices in my currency at checkout?

In accordance with our local laws and regulations, we list our prices in Turkish Lira (TRY), we use a third-party currency converter app on our site for you to be able to quickly convert the prices to other more widely used currencies.
