PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Once your order has been placed, we prepare your package and ship it within four business days.
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email and can track your order. Your package will be shipped out of Istanbul, Turkey and should arrive within 3-7 business days.
Currently we only offer free shipping on domestic orders. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and will be automatically added at checkout.
Special gift packaging (gift cards/notes, customisation etc.) upon request is available. For our gift packaging service, please contact us upon completion of your order and leave an order note at checkout.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you place your order, the shipping company requires that we provide them with a Receiver Phone Number. If you fail to provide that information at checkout, we send you an email, requesting that information, please keep an eye out for this message and reply within a timely manner. We initially wait for a response for two days, this potentially delays your order's shipping date. In the case that we cannot reach you, we ship out your order without a contact number and that might cause problems with delivery. We'd like to avoid that as much as we can, so please make sure to check your emails after completing your order.
RETURNS
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The goods are in the original packaging, all tags are intact.
Following goods cannot be returned:
- Products made to your specifications, personalised orders.
- Products not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
- Products that are damaged or stained.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please contact us regarding your return to receive shipment information.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
GIFTS
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
CANCELLATIONS
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days. The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you received your order. In order to cancel an order, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us by sending us an email or contacting through our contact page. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days upon receiving the returned items. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Cancellation fees will apply if you fail to cancel before the order is shipped in order to cover the shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
Exchanging items can be tricky in practice. To avoid any possible issues or delays of an exchange process, you can return your order and purchase the item you'd like to exchange with. You are however responsible for the shipping costs of returning an order. We encourage you to use our size chart in order to make an informed and accurate size selection.
